We check on how much progress the walls closing in around Gianni Infantino have made since our last FIFA episode at the end of last week. In short, Gianni has binned the Kushnerplan and is now fighting desperately for his future, summoning leading FIFA staff to his war tent in Morocco for crisis talks.

The big question: is Gianni a dead duck or just a lame one? Sam Kunti joins us from Belgium to discuss whether Infantino can extricate himself from the mess he’s made, and who might lead prospective leadership challenges.

Meanwhile it is widely reported that West Ham are considering a move for Troy Parrott. We discuss our belief that Ireland’s striker jewel must be kept away from their clammy Hammer hands.

Plus there’s breaking news of a managerial change at Derry City.
