Eoin, Ken and Ciaran look back on Ireland’s humbling at the hands of Iceland’s second string. The good news is that Iceland have joined the crowded ranks of countries great and small who say they are impressed by Ireland’s fighting qualities.

Once again Aidan McGeady failed to deliver in an Irish shirt, and Ken explores the gaping gulf between his international form and his club form.

The match between France and Spain saw the trial run at international level of the Video Assistant Referee, who effectively decided the outcome of the game.

Meanwhile, Argentina is flabbergasted at the news that Lionel Messi has received a four-match FIFA ban for abusing the linesman during their victory over Chile. We hear the latest from Marcela Mora y Araujo.

We also talk a little bit about Britain’s bold bid for FREEDOM which, for Brexit fans, would include lots of different types of punishment.

Don’t forget we have loads more great shows out this week including a big European rugby preview on Thursday, Ken’s show on Friday and yesterday’s fun chat with past and future Munster man JJ Hanrahan. JOIN HERE!
