Raphael Honigstein joins us to talk about his new book on Jurgen Klopp: Bring The Noise. The Liverpool manager is one of those who believes it’s not about how many times you get knocked down, it’s about how many times you get back up, which is just as well given his side’s self-destructive tendencies.

The other big question today is: what do Martin O’Neill and Lionel Messi have in common? Both, it seems, like to agree contracts without technically signing them as such. We used to assume Messi would spend his whole career at Barcelona. Is that still a sensible assumption? Reports in Spain indicate that come January, Messi could be entitled to negotiate a free transfer to another club. But what coach could attract him?
