Nicci Daly’s 2020 was pretty much mapped out from the moment the Irish hockey team qualified for the Olympic Games last November. It would all revolve around Tokyo… and then the Coronavirus had its say. She talks to us today about delaying her Olympic dream for a year, calling it quits after Tokyo, and chasing her dream in what basically is the family business – motor-racing.

She lost her dad Vivion to cancer when she was just 14, but by then he had already established himself as one of the biggest stars in Irish motor-racing, alongside his brother Derek who had 64 Formula 1 races to his name.

As well as a brilliant chat with Nicci, there’s also some hate-mail for Murph, Ken compares football to rocket science, Frances Murphy tries to plot out your weekend viewing, and there’s some BIG Pierce Brosnan news.
