When Michael Cheika was appointed Leinster head coach in 2005 it was seen as a wild gamble on a young unknown coach who had yet to work at an elite level. He has since won a Heineken Cup, a Super Rugby title with NSW, the Rugby Championship with Australia and made it to the 2015 RWC final. He joins us today, from Sydney, to talk about the game that changed his life.
