Richie is joined in the Player Chair’s today by Luke Chadwick, whose football career took in spells at Man United – where he won a Premier League medal – West Ham, Stoke and his hometown club Cambridge United prior to his retirement in 2016.

Luke recently opened up on social media about his mental health struggles as a shy up-and-coming player. He and Richie discuss how exactly his mental state was impacted as he was breaking into Man United’s first team by the running joke made of his appearance on BBC’s They Think It’s All Over, and the subsequent abuse the joke inspired.

Plus there’s the surreal dream of lining out for Man United, not playing the blame game, and fan entitlement.
