Although Man United did come out on top against Aston Villa in the FA Cup third round last night, it was another lacklustre performance from Ralf Rangnick’s side, with Marcus Rashford in particular coming in for a lot of criticism on Twitter. The usual questions were asked about his social work away from football, but why does Rashford feel the need to keep responding to the criticism?

Plus there’s Call the Midwife and calls for more bodhrán.
