In the last 24 hours, it’s been reported that not only was Roman Abramovich the victim of a poisoning at Russia-Ukraine peace talks earlier this month, but it appears that he’s continuing to represent Vladimir Putin as his unofficial mediator at the latest round of talks in Istanbul, too. Ken tries to make sense of a bizarre situation.
