Roger Federer is the greatest men’s tennis player of all time, and nothing, not even things like win-loss records against his best opponents, or Grand Slam title wins, are going to convince us otherwise… right?

Howard Bryant, senior writer with ESPN joins us to talk about Federer’s decision to retire, the aesthetic beauty of his play, his long autumn, measuring greatness and if feelings matter as much as medals.

Robbie Brady is back in the Ireland squad, and Aaron Connolly is back from the wilderness and back in the Ireland u-21s squad. And as well as your TV guide, there’s some movie homework for our world service members this weekend.
