Caitlin Clark has been the phenomenon of US sports in 2024. Her ultimately unsuccessful quest to end her record-breaking, era-defining college basketball career with an NCAA March Madness win began with a game against Holy Cross College from Massachusetts, and there she met her match – in the form of Irish star Bronagh Power Cassidy.
