Episode 3483: Premier League Football Morphs Into Rugby, Our Winter Olympics Review, Ice Hockey Morphs Into Politics
Can’t get enough Six Nations? Well, David Moyes had you sorted last night as his Everton team laid siege to the Manchester United goalmouth and football continued its slow evolution into the other code.

The Winter Olympics wrapped up at the weekend and The Journal’s Sinéad O’Carroll was there to see it all. She talks us through the crowning of one of the stars of the Games, America’s Alysa Liu who won double gold in figure skating and did it in the most joyous way possible. That’s pretty much the polar opposite of how things went for her teammate and odds-on favourite on the men’s side, Ilia Malinin, for whom it all blew up.

Then we’re joined by CBC’s Chris Jones who was there to see Canada lose 2-1 against the US in the men’s ice hockey final. He tells us about the reaction in Canada and the political weight these matches hold back home.

Plus we also have an update from our industrial correspondent on the to build or not to build Ice Hockey Arena in South Dublin.

Having kicked everything against France, Ireland now score tries from deep, throw offloads, make rampaging line breaks, have pace on both wings, and have a scrum half who appears to have seen the exam papers before the exam. pic.twitter.com/WuMASmQP5A
