Last night’s football may have been the sporting equivalent of Gorgon’s head, as Ken describes it, but at least it had team-mates fighting each other, which is always good for a laugh. Jose Mourinho apologises for taking wild-men Hugo Lloris and Son Heung-min off the leash, with predictably fiery results.

It’s Movie Club day on the World Service, and up for discussion today are ‘Field of Dreams’, ‘The Battered Bastards of Baseball’, and ‘Athlete A’, all of which are on Netflix. So an emotional tear-jerker, a ragamuffin scrappy underdog tale, and some searing, powerful storytelling all on the menu.

Plus there’s Arteta’s cleaning job at Arsenal, alternate accumulators and an eerie soundalikey featuring Normal People’s Connell.
