Episode 3640: Sydney Swans Scandal, Alonso’s Chelsea, Cole Palmer’s Comic Timing
The Sydney Swans have suspended five players for the rest of the Aussie Rules season as police investigate an alleged sexual assault at a hotel in Melbourne, after the team’s second-last regular season game of the year.

None of the men have been arrested or charged as yet, but the story has appalled AFL fans around the league, and blown to smithereens the Swans’ hard-won reputation as one of Australia’s most progressive clubs. Veteran AFL journalist and broadcaster Rohan Connolly is with us on the show today.
We also discuss Cole Palmer’s comic timing, fun times ahead for Alonso’s Chelsea and the goal of the year contender scored by an Irishman.
