Stephen Kenny has announced his first Republic of Ireland squad as senior manager, and already someone’s got the hump.

Michael Obafemi’s been left out of the squad despite being the joint Irish top scorer in the Premier League this year; is he right to feel aggrieved? Kenny has also already had to face a former international casting aspersions on his credentials for the job, comments he doesn’t seem to be breaking a sweat over.
