The caveat of a weakened Leinster team might be applied retrospectively, but the alternative was barely worth contemplating from Munster’s point of view, and their determination to keep their foot on Leinster’s throat was exemplified by a fired-up Peter O’Mahony, who treated this game like it was one long interview with Reggie Corrigan.
