Rhasidat Adeleke has been dominating the ultra-competitive collegiate environment in the US this year, breaking national records and running outrageous times. But how good is she, really?

Before we hear from Rhasidat herself, we talk to Derval O’Rourke, whose attitude can be summed up pretty succinctly – believe the hype. And as Rhasidat tells us about balancing the track with the books, staying humble, and getting a handle on this whole 400m thing after just a couple of months of serious training, it very quickly becomes clear we may be dealing with a superstar.

We also have some big BIG news for our world service members, we celebrate a pretty significant milestone, throw in some young Eoin and there’s the weekend’s TV guide too.
