Back in 2005, Ben Cousins was a superstar of Australian Rules football, achieving the ultimate individual honour of winning the Brownlow Medal for fairest and best player. Late last month, Cousins was sentenced to a year in jail for stalking and drug possession, completing an astonishing fall from grace.
